This stunning rental is a beautiful, recently refurbished, village house in the medieval Village of Valbonne. Valbonne is an excellent staging post for a visit to the Cote d’ azur, with its close proximity to Cannes, the coast and Nice airport.
The entire house, which is situated over four floors, has been renovated during the winter of 2006/7 to a high standard. The property comfortably sleeps seven, with additional capacity for children’s cots. The accommodation comprises the following:
A family room on the ground floor with a comfortable 2-person sofabed, a table and 4 chairs, T.V and DVD player. There is also a separate area for a washing machine and drier.
The living/dining room and kitchen are located on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a meal with an oven, hob and microwave and with all the pots and pans, plates, cutlery etc. you could possibly need. The living/dining room has a three place sofa and a table and chairs for six.
On the second floor there is a bathroom with a bath/shower and a separate W.C, as well as a large twin bedroom.
The master bedroom is on the third floor, comprising one double and one twin bed. The room also has its own shower room and W.C.
The property enjoys a southern exposure with sun most of the day and an uninterrupted view over the church and surrounding countryside. The shutters can be drawn closed in the extreme heat of summer to maintain the cool temperature inside the house. |
